You can set your availability simply by creating a Google Calendar event (only date and duration matter - the title is ignored). It's important you make sure to put it on the custom Playhub calendar we've created for you during registration, and not your main calendar. We don't care about nor monitor the rest of your calendars. Once the event is saved, your profile will be suggested by the Ace Bot to other players who are looking for partners during that time.

Connecting your Telegram account allows you to receive instant notifications about potential partners, communicate directly with other players, and use our Telegram bot to find matches. It's our primary communication channel to ensure quick and efficient coordination.

Our Telegram bot makes finding partners easy. Simply message the bot with your desired play time (e.g., 'Looking for a partner tomorrow afternoon', 'Want to play next Monday' or 'Who's available next week?'). The bot will search for available players during that time and send you profiles of potential partners who share your favorite courts in your home city.

You can select your favorite courts in your user profile settings. Having favorite courts helps our system match you with players who prefer the same locations. This makes coordinating games much easier as you'll be matched with players who already play at your preferred courts. Please note that the fewer courts you select, the fewer players will be suggested to you. We recommend selecting at least 5-7 courts to maximize your chances of finding a match.

When someone wants to play with you, you'll receive a notification on Telegram with their profile information, skill level, and availability details. You can then message them directly through Telegram to coordinate the match details. All communication happens within Telegram for simplicity and privacy.

When setting up your profile, you'll indicate your tennis skill level on a scale of 1 to 10. This information is visible to other players when they view your profile. While our system doesn't automatically filter by skill level at the moment, this information helps players find appropriate matches for their own level of play. You can also use the 'About' section of your profile to provide more context about your playing style, preferences and objectives. This could be the place to also include a link to a Youtube video of you playing, if you have one.

The Multisport card indicator shows whether a player has a Multisport membership, which provides access to certain tennis courts at discounted rates or for free. This information helps when coordinating games as you'll know in advance about potential court access options.

PlayHub automatically uses your Telegram profile picture. To update your picture on PlayHub, simply update your profile picture in Telegram and then click the 'Update' button in your PlayHub profile settings. This ensures consistency across platforms and keeps your profile current.

No, your complete calendar is never shared with other users. Only the specific time slots you've designated as 'PlayHub' availability are visible to potential partners, and they only see that you're available during those times - not any details about your calendar events or personal schedule.

PlayHub is designed to connect you with local players by default. By selecting your favorite courts, you'll be matched with players who share those preferences. This ensures that your potential partners are in your geographic area, making it practical to meet up for games. However, our premium SLAM users can change their home city (and therefore their favorite courts) whenever they want, for instance when going on vacation or business trips. This way, they can find partners in other cities as well.

If you need to cancel a scheduled match, please contact your partner directly through Telegram as soon as possible. Additionally, remove or update the corresponding availability slot in your Google Calendar to ensure that you don't continue to appear as available during that time. Generally, it's a great idea to keep your PlayHub Google calendar up do date, so that you don't get messages from players who are looking for partners when you're not available.
